We all need formulas on which to base our decisions in life e.g. recipes, patterns....yet what formulas do you have to look your best? We don't learn what suits us at school....or from anyone else for that matter....apart from a trained image consultant like me.

Magazines and makeover shows may appear to offer loads of information but most of it is generalised and certainly not specifically about YOU.
